(Sr.) Site Director - Metro Manila

Firm:

• A 17 year old, U.S. owned ARM & BPO firm with central operations in Metro Manila. A 260 person site with 130 agents (mostly inbound.) The firm has been awarded numerous honors for performance and compliance. An advanced digital environment.

Opportunity:

• Responsible for performance, culture, compliance and hiring. Provide strategic and operational leadership in multiple areas:

Revenue

KPI

Talent acquisition-attrition

Compliance

P&L

Culture

*You will assume day-to-day leadership of Debt Recovery, CRM & BPO clients and performance.

Requirements:

• ARM, BPO, CRM management experience all acceptable.
• 7+ years BPO/ARM leadership. 4+ years managing a sizeable team.
• Call & Collection center KPI & compliance framework.
• History of successful delegation proficiency.
• Ability to manage end to end operations.
• Bring a blend of people, and analytical, skills. An on-site position. Not Remote.

Compensation:

• $110K - $130K base salary (paid in local equivalent, subject to PH tax structure.)
• 15% - 20% performance – tied to revenue, KPI, attrition, compliance.
• Comprehensive benefits – Medical, HMO, PTO & 13^th month pay.
