Vice President, Sales
Firm:
- A 20+ year old, international BPO & ARM firm, with a U.S. and offshore headquarters, having on, near and offshore fulfillment. Active clients in multiple verticals.
Opportunity:
- Sell new business projects into multiple verticals for BPO, Tech, CX and ARM solutions. Banking, Telcom, Auto, Utilities and Healthcare are all in play. BPO, 1st & 3rd Party, and CX.
Requirements:
- Sales track record of success in BPO (and ARM) industry.
- An understanding of AI. Digital and manual solutions.
- Multi-year BPO/BPM winning ability.
- Senior level network, prospecting & negotiation success.
Compensation:
- $150K - $160K base salary
- Progressive commission plan.
- Negotiated benefit plan.
