Vice President, Sales

 

Firm:

  • A 20+ year old, international BPO & ARM firm, with a U.S. and offshore headquarters, having on, near and offshore fulfillment. Active clients in multiple verticals.

 

Opportunity:

  • Sell new business projects into multiple verticals for BPO, Tech, CX and ARM solutions. Banking, Telcom, Auto, Utilities and Healthcare are all in play. BPO, 1st & 3rd Party, and CX.

 

Requirements:

  • Sales track record of success in BPO (and ARM) industry.
  • An understanding of AI. Digital and manual solutions.
  • Multi-year BPO/BPM winning ability.
  • Senior level network, prospecting & negotiation success.

 

Compensation:

  • $150K - $160K base salary
  • Progressive commission plan.
  • Negotiated benefit plan.
