Regional Counsel Opportunity

Firm:

• An established, 30-year-old Creditor’s Rights Law Firm with 100 employees, 29 attorneys and jurisdiction in 18 states. AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, NCBA and RMAI members.

Opportunity:

• A focus on procedural oversight with emphasis on (FDCPA) compliance, process review, State Court Laws and documentation. Work with a talented paralegal and support staff. A Creditor’s Rights focus with Financial Services related client and files. Not a strict 9-5 position. Flexible hours with focus on volume and performance, not the clock.

Requirements:

• Arizona Law License. (but not required to live in AZ.)
• Multi-year Creditor’s Rights experience. FDCPA understanding.
• Procedurally, the ability to handle high-volume of business.
• Expertise in ensuring the legal process works at scale.
• Post-Judgement exposure a plus.

Compensation :

• $110K - $135K base salary.
• Bonus for performance and revenue growth.
• Bonus for work you bring in.
