Litigation Attorney Opportunity

Firm:

• An established, Boutique Law Firm specializing in litigation, Creditor’s rights, compliance and defense advice. Multiple U.S. offices. A recognized leader in their space at Federal and State level. Active involvement in the ACA, RMAI, and NCBA plus a strong work-life balance culture.

Opportunity:

• A litigation focused responsibility with courtroom, trial emphasis. Defense dispute resolution and Creditor’s rights concentration. Active depositions, motions, case management, disclosure & trial

Requirements:

• 2-6+ years experience as an attorney. Active bar license.
• Litigation success and acumen. Required.
• Creditor’s rights exposure a plus. Federal, state experience a plus.
• Ability to carry litigation process from beginning to end.
• A self-motivated, team player who can contribute to an ‘industry leader’ firm.
• Success working remote.

Compensation:

• $110K - $130K base salary.
• Lucrative % of revenue/billings.
• Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
