Contact Center IT Opportunities

Firm:

• A 20-year-old BPO & ARM firm with central operations in Mandaluyong City area. 300+ employees and growing. The firm has been awarded numerous honors for client performance and an advanced digital environment.

Positions:

• Multiple positions open:
• Director/VP IT – Telcom, Data Security, Cyber, System Engineering – (Mid and Senior level needed.)
• IT Manager – Same areas of Responsibility as above.
• Desktop support – Tech Support, Workstation support, Troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• 4-10 years in contact or call center IT space a plus.
• Appropriate experience in one of the areas above.
• Ability to work in office. Mandaluyong City.
• Digital exposure a plus.
• Desire to work in a growth environment.
